Folksworth Pre school is a rural setting where every child is nurtured to flourish.
Our aim is to give our children the skills they will need in life - determination, kindness and curiosity. We will achieve this by creating an encompassing environment through a mix of child-led, structured and free flow activities.
EDUCATION
Nurturing and developing a life long love of learning through the early years curriculum is at the heart of our provision.
Children benefit greatly from a caring and supportive environment. It is important that our children feel happy and confident in their own contribution and value that of others.
PLAY
Play underpins the Early Years Foundation Stage. It also underpins learning and all aspects of children’s development. Through play children develop language skills, their emotions, creativity, social and academic skills.
